BIRCH BENDERS

During my time in-house at Sovos Brands (Birch Benders, Raos, Noosa) I designed systems for specialty diets and transitioning on-trend diet product offerings to post-trend products. I also supported ecom, shopper marketing, and sales teams in introducing cookies & baking products to market and pitching new flavors & packaging styles to wholesale retailers. Other fun stuff included, being on site for press checks when the dieline & substrate changed for waffles, and managing vendor relationships & proofing for all pouched products.

I partnered with food scientists, the legal team & brand managers to establish a design system across all SKUs (40+ in total.)

The new system brought packaging for Birch Benders into legal compliance with approved nutrition facts panels and certifications, along with building brand equity via a new and improved Mix & Make section.
